Giggles & Grins Books is not just about one person but a collaboration between two creatives coming together to bring stories to life. Joining Author, Nicci Rossouw on this journey is Angela Garnette, a very talented illustrator with a passion for creating cute, whimsical artworks. Together, we combine our unique skills and love for storytelling to create books that are not only visually stunning but also engaging and educational.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been writing for years, we’re here to support you with beautiful, custom illustrations, careful proofreading, and personalized author websites. Our goal is to make sure your stories shine and reach readers in the best possible way.
Why Giggles & Grins Books?
When most people hear about another book-related business, they might wonder if it’s just another scam. Perhaps someone just trying to make a quick buck and then disappear with your money.
But that’s not who we are. Giggles & Grins Books started from a childhood dream—mine, to be exact. This business was born from my childhood dream of writing children’s stories, a dream sparked by a deep love for books that my grandmother passed down to me. She made me promise that one day I would write books of my own, and Giggles & Grins Books is my way of fulfilling that promise. But it didn’t stop there. As I walked my own journey as an aspiring author, I realized I could help others along the way. With my background in graphic design and website development, as well as years of experience proofreading for China Christian Daily (CCD). I know how vital it is to have the right support in the creative process, to have someone in your corner helping you along the way.
That’s why I offer services like proofreading, cover design, and author websites—because I understand firsthand what it takes to bring a story to life in a professional and polished way.
Bringing a book to life is about so much more than just slapping some text and images together and calling it a book. It’s the thought, the creativity, and the passion that go into it that make a book truly magical.
Luckily, I’m not alone in this. I work alongside the incredibly talented Angela Garnette, an illustrator from the Philippines, who helps bring stories to life with her beautiful illustrations.
Giggles & Grins Books is owned by me, Nicci Rossouw—just another mom and author trying to make a little mark in this world. We’re not here for quick profits; we’re here to build a space that supports other authors and makes a real difference in the literary world.
